Although this may no longer be the case, Paris has always been known as the place for baguettes, frites (and, in my case, overpriced pizza). However, the times are changing. Paris now offers its fair share of healthy eateries, and I have rounded up my top picks for you.
Located in the 6th arrondissement not far from Montparnasse, this small café is perfect for brunch or a light lunch. I have a full review on it here so won’t go on about it in this post, but if you’re interested, check that out.
18 Rue de Fleurus, 75006 Paris, France
This is a small, cute little café on the lovely Rue Mouffetard (I would recommend trying almost every restaurant on this gorgeous street). They do lovely homemade granola; I would also highly recommend their poké bowl, which changes daily.

Wild And The Moon
This healthy café has recently expanded and now has numerous outposts throughout Paris, including some in the Marais and inside Le Tigre Yoga Rive Gauche. They also boast a juice detox programme, however for those who would prefer a glow-inducing hangover brunch, their smoothies and lunch bowls (which can be found in the fridges in their cafés, next to their yummy raw desserts) make you feel bright and beautiful from the inside out. A special mention must go to their chocolate macaroon – a real treat (kind of).
Flagship: 55 rue Charlot, 75003 Paris
These three restaurants, two in the 10th arrondissement and one in the 9th, are great options if you want to treat yourself to a dinner however don’t want to go too off track your healthy bandwagon. The menus have plenty of vegetarian/vegan options, as well as a plethora of omnivore dishes. They also offer a takeaway and delivery service, if you can’t be bothered to cook but still want some healthy fare. Another bonus is the price point – this makes NOUS perfect for a great-value dinner option.
16 rue de Paradis, 75010 Paris, 8 rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris, 51-53 quai de Valmy, 75010 Paris
I love this café as a healthy lunch option when moseying around the Louvre/checking out the shops on Rue Saint-Honoré. It is not cheap, as you would expect due to its location, however the portions are generous and they have warm lunch specials which change daily and are truly tasty.
32 Rue du Mont Thabor, 75001 Paris
I adore this café – it became my go-to when I needed a quick takeaway lunch option. They offer made-to-order salad or grain bowls. The ingredients are fresh and they offer both classic, as well as inventive flavours (think salmon and avocado, or make your own to switch it up). You can also now find them on Deliveroo, if you’re really craving a healthy bowl but can’t make it to the café. They don’t do coffee, which slightly bugs me, however they do offer juices and other drinks.
