I have mixed feelings about raving about this restaurant, it has been my well-kept secret for a while. With a gorgeous, swanky decor and a funky bar to be found upstairs, this restaurant encompasses all that the fash pack represent.
Granted, it is not cheap, however, given the fancy location (at the heart of Saint Germain in the 6th arrondissement) and high-quality food, it certainly delivers. Starters can be found from €10 and mains from around €26. Wines are also reasonable and the servers, while not the most on-the-ball, are cheery and happy to help when asked.
My personal recommendations would be the burrata as a starter and either the gorgeous roast chicken as a main or the raw salmon – it is deliciously Asian-spiced.
I recommend booking in advance as, although when I found this restaurant it was lesser-known, it is becoming increasingly popular, especially as it is now part of the largely London-based D&D Group (joined by the likes of The Bluebird in Chelsea and Angelica in Leeds).
